How to measure a dog to choose the right size

Use a tape measure and measure the following:

  • Chest Girth: Place a tape measure around the widest part of your dog's torso (usually just behind the front legs) and measure the girth.
  • Back Length : Start at the base of the neck (called the withers) and extend the tape measure to the base of the tail along your dog's topline to measure the length of the back.
  • Neck Circumference : From measure the circumference of your dog's neck at the widest point. Leave room for two fingers to fit between the tape measure and the neck so the garment is not tight around the neck.

Please note: Each breed has a specific body structure, and therefore the cut may differ depending on the dog's build, chest depth and shoulder placement.

Tip : If your dog is between sizes, we recommend a larger size to give it space.
