Delivery speed

Everything you see on the e-shop is in stock and shipped immediately after payment is received.

By default, the order will be delivered to you within 2-3 days : you send the order on one day, the package is picked up by the courier service on the next day, and it is delivered to you on the third day.

However, I like it when I have my order at home as soon as possible , because I either need it urgently, or I'm very much looking forward to it :), and that's why I try to forward your orders for shipping on the same day. It works best for orders that arrive before 10:00 a.m. and have selected shipping via PPL .

If you are in a hurry, or if you are from the vicinity of Dobříš, personal collection is also possible. In that case, please write or call my phone number 723 346 712 and we will make arrangements.

Carriers

The offer includes delivery to Zásilkovna drop-off points , or delivery to an address via PPL. Attention, you always choose the Zásilkovna delivery point in the order at the very last step! :)

I pack carefully

I pack your orders with due care so that they are not damaged during transport to you. Granules are always packed in a clean box and lined with cardboard or paper so that they do not move . I also think about nature , so if possible, I use material from packages that I received myself. ♻️ In the future, I am going to switch to paper eco-cardboards as well.
