Delivery speed

Everything you see in the e-shop is in stock and shipped immediately after payment is received.

As a standard, your order will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days : you send the order one day, the parcel is picked up by the courier service the next day, and it is delivered to you on the third day.

However, I like to have my order at home as soon as possible , because I either need it urgently or I'm really looking forward to it :), which is why I try to hand over your orders for shipping the same day. This works best for orders that arrive before 10:00 am and have selected shipping via PPL .

If you are in a hurry or are from the vicinity of Dobříš, personal collection is also possible. In that case, please write or call me at 723 346 712 and we will make arrangements.

Carriers

The offer includes delivery to Zásilkovna pick-up points , or delivery to the address via PPL or DPD. Please note, you always choose the Zásilkovna pick-up point in the order at the very last step!

I pack carefully

I pack your orders with due care so that they are not damaged during transport to you. The granules are always packed in a clean box and lined with cardboard or paper so that they do not move . I also think about nature , so if possible, I use material from packages that I myself received. ♻️ In the future, I am going to switch to paper eco-cardboard.
