Returns within 14 days

If you are reading this page, something probably did not go as expected. We are very sorry about that. Please know that we are here to help and we will always try to resolve everything fairly and quickly.

Before returning anything, please contact us first at dana@royalwoofs.cz or call +420 723 346 712. In many cases we can solve the situation immediately – whether it is advice, replacement, or another solution.

Of course, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you decide to return your order, please fill in the Withdrawal Form and send the goods back to us.

Complaints

If something is not right with the product, a mistake must have happened somewhere – at the manufacturer, during transport, or on our side. We will always do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.

Please contact us first and describe the issue. We believe that communication is the fastest way to solve any problem.

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it, or ask the courier to confirm in writing that the parcel was delivered damaged. Without this confirmation, it may be difficult to claim compensation from the courier company.

By law, the complaint process can take up to 30 days, but we will always try to resolve everything much sooner.
